Skilled Webs' business model is heavily influenced by a 1999 book titled "Unleasing the Killer App," by Larry Downes and Chunka Mui.

The book is relevant for two reasons:

It accurately summarized the Digital Revolution up to the book's appearance.

More importantly, it predicted with uncanny accuracy what the future Digital Revolution beyond the late 90s would look like, even unto today.

While "Unleasing the Killer App" has influenced Skilled Webs, its principles, strategies and tactics are also passed to our clients in the work we do for them.
